Shipping Coverage

We ship from the United States. International shipping is available.

Processing Times

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only. Artisand is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

  • U.S. orders: $15 flat rate
  • International orders: $25 flat rate

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

Delivery

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Artisand is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after delivery attempts have been made, it will be returned to our facility. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping costs.

Artisand is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. For international orders, non-delivery must be reported within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the damaged item
  • Order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Each package is inspected and documented prior to shipment. If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artisand. We hope you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 10 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be processed.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and contacting us right away if you notice any issue.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • Defective item or manufacturing fault
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item damaged during transit
  • Incomplete order (missing item)
  • Incorrect size sent by us

Item Condition Requirements

To be accepted for return, all items must meet the following conditions at the time of receipt:

  • Unused and in original condition, with all tags attached
  • Security tag intact and unaltered, removal of the security tag voids eligibility for return
  • Returned in original packaging, in good condition
  • All accessories and components included
  • No signs of wear, use, odor, makeup, or alteration
  • Swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner intact and undamaged

Important: All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Returns that show signs of wear, odor, makeup residue, removed tags, or a tampered security tag will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. All orders are documented prior to shipment, allowing us to accurately assess the condition of returned items. If you have questions about whether an item is eligible before shipping it back, please contact us first.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless they arrive defective or there is an error on our part:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Return requests submitted after the 10-day window
  • Swimwear without the intact original hygiene liner, or with signs of wear
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Sale or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer
  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  • Customers with a pattern of excessive or inconsistent return requests
  • Color, texture, or finish variations inherent to the handcrafted nature of each piece are not considered defects and do not qualify as a valid reason for return

How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email at hello@artisand.shop within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you whether it has been approved.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving approval.
  4. You must ship the item within 7 calendar days of approval. Returns shipped after this deadline will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your resolution within 5–10 business days.

Once We Receive Your Return

All returned items are inspected upon receipt and compared against pre-shipment records. If an item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you within 5 business days. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to you at your expense.

Resolution Options

Once your return is approved and the item has passed inspection, you may choose one of the following:

Refund

A refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Store Credit

Store credit for the full value of the item (excluding original shipping), valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no cost before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed.
